Following its attachment to France in the XIIth century, Normandy went through a long period of development and prosperity. The excavations these last few years have confirmed this expansion by revealing a diversified crafts and trade of great quality. The explanation of daily life is equally completed by a presentation of manuscripts and the recreation of a medieval meal.
