Chevaux et cavaliers arabes dans les arts d'Orient et d'Occident

Arab Horses and riders in Oriental and Occidental arts
From november 26 2002 to march 30 2003
Ethnology and society
A remarkable selection of objects linked to horses: costumes, finery, equipment, representations on metal, on canvas and on paper. From the furûsiyya, an equestrian treaty, to litterary combat scenes, an itinerary completed with over 500 objects, demonstrates this passion for horses in Western and Oriental art.
