| President Mao Tsé Tung is one of the recurrent subjects of Ming's painted works, which differenciates him from traditional landscpe painting. The effigies, often repeated, tend towards a univeral characteristic of the face and draw back from pure and simple resemblance. In doing so, it refutes the regime's propaganda. |
