Belgian artist Francis Buyse, born in Mouscron in 1937, sees his sculptures as a poem dedicated to life. Their shapes, their varied materials -stone, steel, marble, wood, ceramics -, are as many dream like representations of the world that surrounds us, seized in its insatiable march forward.
