Rubens arrived in Genoa in 1604,at the height of its power. The managing class collected and opened different art galeries in luxurious homes: Rubens, Tiziano, Caravaggio or Vouet were presented. The works of art shown, some restored for this occasion, give an idea of these galeries, allowing us to rediscover the action of these collectors and their passion.
