Chef Alain Ducasse and photographer Thomas Duval meet around «Spoon, cook book», a book of 200 recipes inspired from the restaurants Spoon. By dematerialising the plate and giving value to the products, the illustrations reveal the soul of these dishes, thus composing true photographic still lives.
