| Organized during the "Lille 2004", the exhibit looks at French painting from 1680 to 1715. Announcing the sensuality of the following century, nudes, portratis and still lives by Largillière, Jouvenet, Le Brun...grouped together around Rubens and Poussin, illustrate the debate on the respective qualities of the colourist and the drawer. |
