Some fifty paintings of the Dutch XVIIth century are gathered together here, including some by great masters such as Rembrandt, Vermeer, Cuyp, De Hooch, Ter Borch et Franz Hals. We see the beginnings of the gnere and still lives, looked down upon by the major artistic circles of the time.
