| Among the 43 000 works from the Edmond de Rothschild collection, 74 drawings and prints have been selecte din order to appraoche the different aspects of the history of prints, as well as the links that unite this form of art to drawing and painting. Unique xylographic works are side by side, works signed by Mantegna,Dürer, Ruysdaël... A section of the exhibit is dedicated to Rembrant whose prints represent the quintessence of art in the eyes of the collector. |
