On the 150th anniversary of the declaration of the Dogma of Mary's Immaculate Conception by Pope Pius IX, the museum of sacred art invites us to re-discover the Virgin's face at the patrimony of Fourvière. The exhibit invites us to look at the evolution of the Marian iconography, from the Middle Ages to our time.
