Un disciple de Monet - Les "Grande Rue" d' Emilio Boggio

Monet's disciple - The " Main Street" of Emilio Boggio
From november 21 2004 to march 13 2005
Modern art
Painting
Between 1901 and 1913, Emilio Boggio did a series of eight large paintings representing a unique motive: the ferris wheel of Vaux-sur-Seine, done in the same style as the ones painted by Claude Monet. This ensemble of urban landscapes demonstrates the vivacity of the research on light initiated by the impressionists.
