Franz Kobell - Drawer between the idyllic and the real

Franz Kobell is an artist whose work is directed in two tendencies: on the one hand, he is inspired by Claude Lorrain to paint traditional landscapes and on the other hand he was the origin of a new concept of nature in painting of the XIXth century. The exhibit shows us the contrasts that exist in this artist's painting.
