The exhibition, through the 14 brilliant paintings of the Great Canal and 70 works on paper, takes us on a trip along the houses and workshops that line the Great Canal and the exuberant festivities that fcus on piazza St. Marco. Canaletto brilliantly captures the light effects o stone and water. Each work is an instan view of Venitian daily life.
