| A "blobject" is an object with a curvilinear, flowing design, such as the Apple iMac computer and the Volkswagen Beetle, while a "cutensil" is kitchen implement or other utensil with a cute design. This exhibition will trace the evolution of blobjects and cutensils, from the early 20th century (with artists such as Arp, Brancusi and Miro) to contemporary designers. |
